This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and CUA LLC (“Company”) governing your use of the CUA mobile application, web portal, and any related software or services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
CUA LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with pool services provided by CUA LLC.

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of CUA LLC. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App, only a limited right of use as outlined herein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CUA LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
CUA LLC may, from time to time, update the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. You agree that CUA LLC may apply updates automatically. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, WiFi monitoring tools). CUA LLC is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CUA LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CUA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to property.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CUA LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of this EULA.
CUA LLC may terminate this license at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
