WiFi Provisioning (CUA 1.0 - SN starts: (17,18,19))
When CUA cannot find the configured access point, the unit will switch over to a provisioning state after 2 minutes.
At this point, the unit will become a WIFI access point to allow local provisioning.
Follow these instructions to provision the unit:
- On your phone or computer look for WIFI access points and look for one names “CUA_#####” Where #### is a set of numbers. Connect to the network
- Once connected, open up a web browser and go to http://192.168.10.1/setup
- In this page select the WIFI name in the drop-down next to “WIFI SSID”
- Type password of WIFI Network. Remember this is case sensitive.
- Click the submit button.
- At that point, the unit will reboot and attempt to connect to the new WIFI network.
WiFi Provisioning (CUA 2.0 - SN starts: 20)
Press and Hold the button at the front of the unit until the green light flashes two time.
Follow these instructions to provision the unit:
- On your phone or computer look for WIFI access points and look for one names containing the name “CUA” and Connect to the network
- Once connected, open up a web browser and go to http://192.168.1.1
- On this page go to the second tab at the top.
- In this page select the WIFI name in the drop-down next to “WIFI SSID”
- Select the network security (Usually WP2 the last option)
- Type password of WIFI Network. Remember this is case sensitive.
- The priority should be set to 10.
- Click the submit button and wait 5 minutes.
- Reboot the unit by pressing and holding the button at the front of the unit until the green light flashes 4 times.
