Exhibit D — Technician Service SOP

Exhibit D: Technician Service SOP

Purpose: To provide the minimum field procedure for trained CUA technicians servicing the CUASCHEM5 feeder vessel, branch components, and associated chemistry verification process.

Procedure

  1. Verify that the technician is authorized and trained on the CUASCHEM5 system, chemical handling requirements, and feeder service sequence.
  2. Confirm the electronic feed valve is in the closed state before opening the feeder branch for service.
  3. Confirm circulation status and visually inspect the connected manifold, unions, check valves, tubing, and vessel connections for leakage, damage, or abnormal wear.
  4. Open the feeder vessel in a controlled manner by progressively unscrewing the lid and allowing residual pressure to release safely through the service opening sequence.
  5. Refill the vessel with TCCA tablets only. Do not introduce incompatible chemicals, mixed sanitizer media, or acid products into the vessel.
  6. Inspect the liner, lid threads, sealing surfaces, O-rings, and connection interfaces and replace or service worn components as required.
  7. Reassemble the lid and verify the vessel is closed, sealed, and restored to its normal operating configuration.
  8. Confirm the feeder branch flow path, check valve operation, and control logic return to intended operating state after service is complete.
  9. Perform manual water testing as required by the service plan and compare measured values against system trends for calibration support and service review.
  10. Document the service visit, tablet refill quantity, inspection observations, test results, and any corrective action performed.

This SOP summary is intended for inclusion with the CUASCHEM5 engineering compliance submission package. Only CUA-trained personnel are authorized to perform this procedure.
