The presence of a CUASCHEM5 system does not eliminate the need for site personnel and service providers to comply with applicable pool operating rules, closure requirements, signage requirements, safety data sheet retention, and chemical handling requirements applicable to the facility.
Under CUA’s premium CPO chemical service, automated monitoring, remote supervisory review, weekly in-person manual testing, and managed recordkeeping are performed through the CUA service program. Under standard chemical service, the property or designated operator remains responsible for any required testing and log maintenance not expressly assumed by CUA.
The property shall maintain access to the service provider, the applicable operating records, and all required emergency and chemical safety information associated with the installed feeder system and stored chemicals.
